Lamborghini Squadra Corse has just revealed its newest creation: the SC20! The SC20 is an open-top track supercar with a V12 engine. The vehicle has also been approved for use on public roads.
The SC20 is a very unique machine. Lamborghini states that the goal was to “build a unique vehicle, extreme in its design and performance, and able to combine aerodynamic solutions taken from racing Lamborghinis incorporating unprecedented lines and exclusive details.” Lamborghini has certainly met their goal.
The SC20’s design reminds me of the Lamborghini Adventador, just a lot more extreme. The fact that the SC20 has no windshield or roof makes it even more unique. It looks like a cross between the Adventador and the Sián Roadster.
Another distinctive aspect of this vehicle is that it has a V12 engine. Lamborghini states that it can “deliver 770 hp at 8,500 rpm” and produce “720 pounds-feet of torque at 6,750 rpm”. It also has a seven-speed Independent Shifting Rod gearbox. But how is all this power put to use? The Lamborghini SC20 has a 4-wheel drive system that brings power to the wheels, which are aluminum rims wrapped with Pirelli PZero Corsa tires. The front rims measure 20 inches, while the back rims measure 21 inches.

I really like the Lamborghini SC20. It has a unique, performance-oriented design that will certainly stand out among other supercars.
